Native style, six hole flute in the key of A minor. Hand crafted from a solid blank of lovely and classic Eastern red cedar.

This limited edition Cedar flute series is perfect for beginner or student flutes. They are very lightweight and a good choice for those who are new to this beautiful and haunting instrument, and also make a lovely gift. These flutes are also PERFECT for backpacking and carrying with you when you aren't able to carry a heavier, or more expensive, exotic wood flute. Great for grabbing a flute on the go! It has a low profile block great for packing into bags and backpacks. The flute is finished with light, hand rubbed coats of 100% natural, solvent free oil and has a natural and rustic feel. The flute features a burned Celtic style Tree Of Life motif. The block is secured with a lace of black deer hide.

This streamlined, very lightweight, well balanced flute has a voice that is warm and responsive. It has great action and it projects well with volume. The overall length is 19" with a 3/4" bore. The flute comes provided with a hand sewn fleece draw string bag for storage and protection.
