Sorry, this item has sold.

Native style, six hole flute in the key of G minor. Hand crafted from a solid blank of warm and rich nicely figured walnut. It is capped and fully tenoned with lovely red padauk with a contrasting band of yellow pine at the mouth end. The stylized claw shaped bird/block of padauk and yellow pine sits atop an inlaid padauk nest. The foot end has a knurled beauty ring carved into the walnut. The flute features my signature hand burned morning star with inlaid abalone center. The block is secured with a lace of tan deer hide. The flute is bored from a solid, well seasoned blank of figured walnut and finished with multiple, hand rubbed coats of 100% natural, solvent free oil and wax finish.

This well balanced flute has a voice that is strong, clear and resonant. It is a responsive player with great action and it projects well . The overall length is 20" with a 7/8" bore. The flute comes provided with a hand sewn fleece draw string bag for storage and protection. All flutes are shipped Priority Mail with signature required and insurance.
